Where is Uganda

Uganda lies in eastern Central Africa on the equator, which runs right across the country. Its neighbouring states are South Sudan to the north, Kenya to the east, Tanzania to the south, Rwanda to the south-west and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west. Uganda also borders Lake Victoria – the largest lake in Africa and, after Lake Superior in North America, the second-largest freshwater lake in the world.
