Flights to Uganda

After failures in privatising the state-run Air Uganda there had been no international Ugandan airline for a long time. But since spring 2008 "Air Uganda" is back to business again. For the beginning the international flights are restricted to East Africa. Nevertheless Uganda can be reached from Europe and America easily. From nearly all bigger airports you can reach Uganda, sometimes with changing the plane somewhere. Starting from Germany there is not yet a direct connection.

Fair priced

Prices are not very high. Starting in Germany you can buy your ticket in economy class for 600 EUR. In the most cases it is not necessary to book your flight inadvance. And sometimes the price is lowered when you book short-dated. Online bookings are possible like for all other international destination, either at the websites of the airlines or at sites like Opodo and Expedia.
